Bump for excellent service

I am into these guys for the past 8 months, and yes, I can admit I am their first subscriber :)

Why? Maybe because of Kristine at customer service, or Ryan that does the packages, improvements and testing; or maybe how Rodel manages the employees via basecamp. I don't know actually, but I am completely satisfied with what these guys do and what their main goals are.

I have a few customer sites listed in their subscription since Feb and I can personally say that none have been hit by any updates and I am getting a good amount of natural links towards all of them.

Naked URL's and brand name being distributed amongst real accounts and press releases/g00gle news is the main core of this service.

If you require a really solid foundation for your site, then you should really consider this service, as this is definitely one of the best services on BHW, tested through time!

2nd order placed. Extremely impressed with the first infograph created for us as well the team working on my project. They were not only helpful but also extremely patient with making as many revisions as I needed (the topic was a difficult one that can be confusing). This included completed re-doing the entire 1st infograph that was designed for us. The best part is not once did they give us a hard time about nor delay the project.

I've got say that I am thoroughly impressed all-around from the customer service to the finished product which turned out fantastic. For the price they are charging, this is a complete steal and I find it very hard to imagine there being a better offer out there. If you're on the fence with having an infograph created... don't be and place an order. You won't regret it.

Its not just 1 person working on this program. We have 18 employees and 4 is dedicated on customer service. Submitting reports, 24/7 skype support, Employee management to make sure we all replies to queries via basecamp and dedicated Email Support. All these guys are skilled and highly trained from years of expertise in Customer Service.

We are very proud of the service we provide for our customers. In fact, we see a client relationship drastically more personal than that of most agencies in our field.

Yes you can always do that! There's 2 option

1. Bring your own content and lets chat on skype for your discount 2. If your content cannot be turned into an inforgraphic then lets do our own research and then you can edit them all you want after the writing Its always your choice of writing, your choice of topic and your choice whther to approve the research or not or edit or completely redo.

One things for sure. We will not more on until you say yes on every mockup that we have
