My site is complete but this is going to be an honest review of the service and quality of the site. First off I understand that it takes a while to deliver a quality site and for the cost of the service a High quality site is probably not going to come from it. However the time expectations are based on when they OP said he would have it completed. 3 deadlines were missed but overall it was around 14 or 15 days to complete. The funny thing about the site being completed is this conversation:

Let's talk about the quality, the theme itself is nice but it wasn't custom made or anything and anyone could find a good theme online for free so that won't be part of my review. The logo was nothing to write home about, my 10 year could make one like it. Essentially the logo was stock image with some generic text added to it. You can see the actual logo below.
The article content is very clearly spun content and the English is horrible. The articles would take so much work to make them readable and to make sense that I could write my own in just as much time. Here is a sample from one of the articles.
Though our world has developed in all technology till we face the risk of missing child, so all parents with their busy schedule might trying to keep their child in best protection. So if we are in use of these GPS tracking chips to protecting our child in best way.
The bigger size of tracking devices to carry to anywhere in bag or in the pocket, sometimes the accidental missing may happen. So this small and compact gps may place anywhere of our body. This gps tracker might fit to the child's shoe, stitched to the dress etc, so this type of devises is in need to them for the safety precaution of the child.
Overall I would suggest anyone interested in this service instead take the time to build the site themselves and use the money spent on this service to purchase a logo and a couple of quality articles. That is just my honest opinion because you are going to spend so much time correcting what is not working or not up to par. The samples that are provided when you request them are much better quality. This is likely due to the OP spending more time on those and now that he has purchases being made he is unable to spend enough time on them to make a quality site like the samples. Essentially the OP has bit off more than he can chew and if he were to limit the number of orders taken at a time then the result will be higher quality sites.

i wanted to ask if there are any updates on my website i ordered? Its now days and nothing have changed on the site.. you guys don't made any changes on my website sience days.. not one single article is online.. i sadly think the whole thing is gonna end horrible and my 10$ is for the trash..

Just got my first of two websites delivered. The quality is quite good for the price that you pay. If you need a site with content set up fairly quickly then I would recommend this service. The turn around time was a little slow but I had some trouble getting wordpress set up so I will take some of the blame for that. I'll let you guys know how the second site goes now that i wont have any wordpress problems. Overall I give a positive rating.
