Yes they do quite often. If you are doing high spendings then your account will be getting manual reviewers from FB.

Same answer I want to know. What will happen if the FB Team review my ads using proxy IP will they able to find I am doing cloaking and get my account BAN? Is there place where I can buy FB ads account with VCC loaded.
MY FB ads manager got restricted because i used different IP to login. Is there any way to get back

Even with Cloaking you're going to get banned eventually. Cloaking's purpose is to protect you as long as it can, so you're going to have to find an account supplier, get a new ATH card or a Paypal that you can transfer to ((Although not the best option)) and they don't run cheap so make sure you have some capital to fall back on when the hit happens.
Are you sure that's the reason it got restricted? Check your email to see the information provided by them.
In my experience Fraudbuster has been nothing but amazing, but I'm sure the top guys here at BHW has some quality cloakers as well. They're a necessity to survive using health and black hat-like offers.

I would personally have someone build out a script for your for your own cloaking service. Post in IT section on job postings. You can probably have one built out for a few thousand. Save money in the long run. Otherwise, NoIPFraud is pretty reliable.

How do you direct the Facebook Ads Team to a different page using this cloaker? Do they have a certain IP that I am not aware of??

NOIPFraud is pretty legit. I have been using it for over a year with no problems. Amazing customer service and they are always updating their IPs to block. Worth it if you can afford it. Def not for noobs.

For which purpose you need a Facebook cloaker? In my opinion facebook cloaker doesn't work on long term basis because I've listened many users that were using cloaker and after sometime facebook banned them. So be careful!
