I have a question I'm sure has been answered b4 but after a few hours of searching, i cant find it.

I've recently started multiple twitter accounts in order to help my wife promote a yt channel and a few ideas of my own. I have 20 accounts so far and plan to start a few more if it works out like i hope. I have had some success directing traffic to the YT channel via multiple bitly links. I created a seperate bitly link for each twitter account and placed it in the twitter account bios and also in a direct message that I only send to new subscribers.

As I said each twitter account is using a different bitly link, but all the bitly links point to the same URL (YT channel)...

My question is, can and does twitter track the original URL to which bitly links are directing and will my twitter accounts be linked together and thus banned together because of this connection?

any input would be much appreciated:)

thanks

no they dont tracking. because they banned my domain and i started to use bit.ly its work:)

thanks for the reply:)...anyone else verify?

sorry for the bump, but i really need to no this...will twitter link my accounts that use different bitly urls, if the different bitly urls redirect to the same url? I thought i read somewhere that twitter looks right through shortened URLs and it would be no different than using my original URL for all my twitter accounts. Please answer if u no:)...ty

Link them to a domain you own, and put your mylikes links there. Simple and easy.

The answer is "Yes."

It takes a bit of time tweeting the links out for Twitter to flag it, however. Since you can't change the YT URL, be moderate.
