Strange computer activity? What could this be? Keylogger?

I went to start up my laptop from sleep mode and I pressed the space bar a couple of times to turn it on and while the screen was black/turning on it said "space bar" and then "space bar" in this weird robotic voice. What could this be? A keylogger? it seemed to be speaking what keys I pressed.

Yes I do have Windows 8.1. This was not Cortana's voice even if I had her.

I'm pretty sure it's a setting on your computer for blind people. On Windows 7, I remember I made my computer do that one time.

I think you might be right. My computer sometimes slips off the couch and I grab it and hit some random keys so that definitely could be possible. Kinda reassuring.

Thank you responding. I was hoping to get a reply from someone who knows about keyloggers. My mind is more at ease but I'm still doing a full system scan in safe mode with networking and command prompts turned off with Malware Bytes to be sure.

Look for a voice recorder hidden in your room. If its not there, this is no keylogger. A keylogger would want to be as quiet as possible.

Well this happened in the living room at my parents house and definitely came from the computer speakers.
