you got the question wrong, im asking whether i can find google scraper that does the same job as scrapebox and it is free as well just like the siite OP recommended.

Looks like a good share that does what it says. However, if you have the money for it, majestic and opensiteexplorer are musts, especially if you're wanting to measure not just the links, but how powerful each link is as well.
