Is there a good Proxy API for Bot

I'm writing(C#) a bot that creates accounts and sends messages in one dating website.

I need it to use proxies for each account.

Is there a good free public proxy API that I can implement to my program ?

Do these proxies stay alive for atleast an hour ?

Won't these proxies slow down my program dramaticaly?

Do you have any other solution (free/paid) for this purpose?

Hey,guy. In my opinion, you can buy a software to implement your program. My friends told me that he used software to created a bot so that he can send messages and register account automatically.

You can't know for sure how long they will be online.

And those free/public proxies are generally slow, so yes, your program will eventually slow down because it will wait for requests to complete.

It looks good service but they provide API only for paid users.
