Which SAPE/PBN links should I use ?

I have a webpage that is actually in French where every keyword I'm tracking is between position 4-10 all on page 1 of Google. I still have some SEO work to do so maybe these keywords will eventually make it to position 1, but just in case I was wondering if anyone could recommend some SAPE or PBN links I should maybe try to push this page to position 1. These are all very low comp keywords and actually the highest competition/highest traffic of the keywords is one at position 4 right now, so I was thinking all I might need is some very light sprinkle of SAPE/PBN links to get it to 1 ?

I have never worked with SAPE/PBN ever so I'm not really sure what to look for,but I have a lot of sites that right now are sitting on the bottom of page 1 or somewhere on page 2 so ideally I'd like to find something price reasonable for this scenario pretty much all my keywords are low comp.

Any thoughts ?

You need to simply build your blogs from the ground up, use paz hosting and build high quality links.

Problem with ..ca domains is the price - $40 each! Fr domains are $18 each

Get majestic toolbar and only take homepage links with TFs over 20 and no porn anchors

I should note that I used one example which happen to be a French webpage, but I have lots of English webpages in similar scenarios I would want to push up that final bit. Like I said they are low competition and already pretty high on Google I'm just looking for maybe something that can push them over the top.
