Hey good people; I started my blog 7 months ago and I only get 2-5 organic searches on some lucky days. Really! someone please advice me on what wrong am doing, or how I can improve my site for better ranking and for more traffic. Please help! thanks in advance.

Do what all the shite meisters do, pretend you are the best in your field and pipe shite through twitter and niche related forums.

It is good to do proper SEO for your site, normally it takes time to get ranking. Try to update useful articles regularly, do social media sharing.

If you can only bring 2-5 visitors per day to your website after 7 months of hard work you should consider some other options and quit IM

Did you put the alt,meta and proper anchor there?
Did you distribute on social media?
Did you do link building for that blog?

If your answer is no then i must say first do these all and then get back to this thread.

May I know what methods you used for ranking?

I would say you should identify your target keywords, get your On-Page perfect and try to develop your content strategy, do spend time to focus on quality links that are relevant to your business and finally you should continuously monitor your keyword performance.

Have you built backlinks to your site?

Did you do keyword research? To only be getting 2-5 visits per day you must be targeting really competive keywords.
