Initially saw a quick spike in rankings and 3+ months in no new links showing up in link reports and no ranking change. Promises and excuses. Wasted over 2K. Horrible service. I would not recommend wasting your money.
I almost lost a few clients that were pretty big contracts. After cancelling the service the rankings i had went away 2 weeks later. I'm guessing they deleted whatever links they built.
I feel ripped off and had my time and my client's time wasted.
I want a refund Completely. Will be pursuing this further.
You guys have really gone downhill on your service and delivery.
Service was overall horrible. They were too busy to find time to chat about my campaign and progress. Don't produce any reports at all. THERE IS NO PROOF ANYTHING IS BEING DONE! Perfect scam and perfect excuse not to give reports "protecting their netwoks" aka protecting their bullshi* of not doing anything.

Thanks for your review. First of all, you won't be getting a refund. We have already spoken to you about this before and there is no valid reason for us to refund you. I'm going to explain why below and also reply to everything you mentioned in your review.
As you said, yes - you had a spike and increase in rankings at the beginning of your campaign. Once your initial 'spike' was over, your rankings were moving up slowly - but nevertheless, they were moving up. We can't do anything to make rankings move faster unfortunately and you were VERY well aware of this at the start when you were starting a campaign with us. We don't just fire blog network links directly to your site here. We also carried out free, complimentary SEO for your other site which I hope you haven't forgot - you weren't charged at all for that and rankings did improve (although they weren't anything significant). Once you came to us complaining that your rankings were moving up too slowly, we told you that our service doesn't produce "super quick" results.. and we told you to try a black hat service if you wanted quicker rankings. We recommended you a service that you could try (we were not affiliated with that service at all).
We also clarified EVERYTHING on Skype - so not sure how you can say we were too "busy" to talk to you. We still spoke to you even when you weren't our client. We NEVER ignored you, and I have full a record of this. After we spoke on 25th May, you were happy with everything we discussed.. (again, I have records for this).
We then messaged you a few days later as it was your renewal date. You replied on 27th May saying that you were going to take care of the SEO yourself. We stopped your campaign on 28th May (your links were NOT deleted). You told us: "once i have it ranked i'll have u buys maintain and keep the rankings for me" and you also said "thanks rem my. client is really on my case to boost rankings so i'm gonna go a little black hat". This is when you purchased a black hat service.
Over a month later, you came back to us complaining your rankings were not improving/had dropped. We explained quite clearly to you that you stopped our campaign, and therefore we hadn't build any links in over a month. We also explained that rankings will obviously drop when you go from building 'XYZ' links a month to completely 0. You then complained to us about the black hat service you were using - but there was nothing we could do about it. You need to go to the seller of that service to raise your issues because the issue is not with us - but rather, the new service you used to build links that month.. which caused your rankings to drop.
I have already told you results are not going to be instant. You even confirmed this with me last month: "i ran some stuff for a month you are right didn't see any effect". Our final conversation was on 29th June - where we agreed that SEO may not be the best course of action for your client, as he wanted quick results.. and you concluded by saying you were going to try PPC. Up until this point, we had replied to every single one of your questions and we never ignored you.
We were NEVER too busy to talk about your campaign. Go over your Skype conversations again and you'll see that we addressed EVERY SINGLE question/query you sent to us. And you knew perfectly well we did not send reports at the start (again, I have records of you confirming you knew this). If you didn't like the 'no report' principle, you shouldn't have came on board. And finally - YOU GOT RESULTS.. it's not really our fault that your client couldn't be patient to wait for further increases. You said you used to generate top 5 results for your keywords in 2013/14.. well, this is 2015 and things have changed a lot more than you can imagine.
We got you the initial results.. (from what I can see here, we achieved Top 10 results for several of your keywords).. you decided to cancel and use another service, and when your rankings dropped.. you're coming back to blame us? Like I said, I have every chat recorded so if you do decide to take this "further", so will we. We have no problem refunding those who had a genuine issue/concern with their campaign, but in your case, we did nothing wrong. You should be arguing your case with the seller who you used in June - not us. Thank you

To anyone else reading this, our service does NOT provide "fast" results. If you want quick results that go up significantly every month, then this isn't the service for you.
Rankings will go up/down/neutral.. they do not always go in an upwards direction. If you don't know how SEO works, please don't use this service. We'd rather work with clients who understand how things work.
Alright Alright Alright, just started my 3 months campaign with Bluemist SEO for a new site.
So far communication with Leith has been great. I gave them 2 keywords and will update on the rankings once every 2 weeks or once a month. Looking forward to it!
