made this tool call onlyeliteproxies which he claim will generate
private elite proxies.

I just watched the video on its sale page.

By what he said, I think he meant that this tool might find proxy servers, but can't generate them. Which sound logical to me..

i think either you or the tool developer is mixing fundamental definitions

private proxies are called private for a reason, they are being protected with usernameassword auth and/or ip auth to prevent unauthorized use, if the software claims to find/create those, that's a load of bollocks

public elite proxies yes, private proxies no

It's capitalising on visitors assuming they'll be given private proxies when in reality that's impossible. Marketing eh?
