I've been using instantlinkindexer, linkprocessor and none of them is able to index my web 2.0 blogs from fcsnetworker, senuke etc... after 2 months of using them I checked my backlinks and only several are indexed..
Firstly check your content and how unique is it.
As for an indexer you could try out ExpressIndexer. I'm using it for some time and it's the only indexer with a special formula that is completely different than all the commercial ones. I have a very high success rate with it. Try it out and see what I mean.
If you are struggling on getting your backlinks indexed you can try the following method:
1. Make a blog on blogger. (title, description etc. doesn't matter)
2. Make a new post on this blog and copy & paste the links of your backlinks/web2.0. Just make a post with the URLs. (You can write a sentence like "Let me show you some great websites I found today: ...."
3. Share it on GooglePlus after you posted it
4. Wait until the blogger blog is indexed (shouldn't take long. Sometimes only a few hours)
5. Now your web2.0/backlinks should also be indexed.
Otherwise you can upload a video on youtube and put the URL of ur backlinks in the description. This will also help.
Recently I tried a lot Indexer, but couldn't get a high indexing ratio. The method above always worked for me.
