software works as described - scrapes archived sites on wayback. Didn't work on flash site but fine with html/php. Removed all archive.org references from the code and created htaccess redirecting 404's to home. Couple of images were missing, but these weren't available in archive.org and scraped sites may need tidying up but software was easy to use with good documentation and ongoing development.

It does work with wordpress sites but best results are achieved With sites that were not created using wordpress.

How would you use this with wordpress to create a new site?

That's not the purpose of vaultscraper. Vaultscraper is designed to scrape sites held in the archive, enabling you to host it elsewhere. You don't need wordpress to make use of what it scrapes, you simply upload the scraped files via ftp.

It removes all archive.org headers and is best used to recreate expired domains as part of your pbn.

We will be adding a feature soon enabling the user to scrape sites that are not on archive.org but are still live. Sort of like a htttrack on steroids

Here is my Review.

I tried to scrape archive.org on some sites and successful in getting the data.
Did not find any reference to archive.org and all the data was saved to a folder which was easy for edit.
Good tool for some one looking to build their PBN.
For $67, it is a time saver.

Overall Rating is 9/10.

I scraped more than 10 sites from archive.org and they all are ok when the software finished the scrapping part.
It's a perfect tool to create PBN's.

Also the price is a life saver, I searched for other similar software before, but the prices were just too high.

My rating for this softwear is: 9.5/10

At present no, but that's due to a lack of a suitable development environment more than anything. If there's enough requests for Mac version then we will build it.

In the meantime though it will perfectly fine via bppt camp etc

your software sounds great, just have one question.. Does this automatically scrape the latest version of the site from archive.org or can we select an earlier date? For instance if I wanted a version of a site from like 2 years ago, would this software be able to scrape that for me?

Yea you can scrape any snapshot you wish. Have a look at the video if your unsure of the exact process.

You choose the snapshot to scrape, paste the url into vaultscraper and then let it do its stuff.

You can go back as far as you want As long as it's archived

I recommend the tool for those members who really want to rank money websites. As we know that in 2015 PBN works well. I tested lots of things in 2015 and got a result PBN rocks.
