Should I choose these keywords?

I was going to start a tech website as everyone does. I got enough advices not to continue with it. So I did some niche research with Keyword Planner. I came across two keywords. I don't know whether I should chose this or not!

First Keyword:

2 words
310000 monthly searches
CPC-$0.46
Domain authority of first 10 positions are : - 24, 24, 20, 16, 10, 10, 17, 14, 16, 100

Second Keyword:

3 words
270000 monthly searches
CPC- $0.35
DA of first 10 positions - 24, 24, 20, 17, 16, 10, 14, 16, 9, 11

I don't have any other websites and I am a total newbie to Adsense earnings. Should I continue with this keywords?

You cannot measure competition just by DA. At the very least, get MS for free and run an analysis there and post a picture of that. That will give us a better rough idea of the competition.

I don't know what your budget is, but for better results look into using SEMRush/Ahrefs/Majestic for further backlink analysis.

Ya DA is not everything you can outrank high DA sites if they have little PA and few links.

You cant depend on DA, try to check competitors keywords, backlinks and you'll figure out good results in the end.

Screw DA/PA.. those can be spammed. If you really want to do analysis the real way then you need to look at the backlink profile of every single site in the top 10. I ranked for a keyword dominated by sites with high PA and the KC was 56. They all had shit backlinks so I simply built a better link profile and ranked. $$$ cash money. All you need is better links.
