Your old account will suffice to show how you rank in 14 days. I usually don't call things impossible, but ranking a new domain
in any niche worthy of ranking won't happen in 2 weeks. You can throw all the money at it in the world and end up getting the
website penalized.

If you are real, then don't set expectations like that. Rank a website properly. Heck, I don't believe in putting time constraints
on ventures. You know it will make money, and you do what it takes to implement it.
 
Yes you can rank a site in under two weeks. Brand new domain? Not as easy- but even then- doable.
And who cares about penalties? Were not talking IBM.com... most sites are expendable in these strategies.

People who want long term/sustainable web properties to base their business models on care about penalties. How much do you want to invest before being penalized is another factor. I've built small sites, authority sites, and my SEO varies from black to white, but one thing I know is 14 days isn't some type of magic number for long term business growth.

It really depends on what niche you are in. Being in gambling it is a lot better and easier to churn out websites to get signups.
 
This will be interesting to say at least!
 
I find bing ranks new sites extremely well. My latest is top 3 for keywords in bing that are not even in top 500 google yet
