Looking for a PBN/LINK PACKAGE SERVICE (Idea for sellers)

I was searching for such service for a few hours, but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. Basically I don't need strong links, I just need high quantity of links on inner pages or "roll off" blog network posts, content can be spun, but decent (copyscape passed), drip feed over 30 days or more. Sites have the following:

Not spammed, with good wayback history, tf 10+, don't have gsa or spammy links. Links could be in articles with other people links but no more than 5 links per article. Price less than 0.50$ per link.

So it's an idea for PBN link sellers who don't utilize their inner pages . Why would people want this service ? To diversify their anchor ratios - so that they could use strongest anchors on other services or their own PBN's without getting penalized. Also inner pages passes some ranking juice.

This service already somewhat exists, look for the FBN/FBL resellers in the BST (mozoak, Lover, etc.)

Exposing anyone's personal TF10+ sites to a panda bitchslap is not worth $1/post

A link for $1 is still not worth it. The cost just to have that content created exceeds that price.

If someone does offer that service for that cost I wouldn't do it because it's likely their PBN is junk.

Just use Web 2.0s, Social Links, and Comment links for anchor diversification. Also I focus on branded anchors and I never spam any keywords on my PBNs.

Well it's possible to get tf10~ ref ips 15~ on goddady auctions, like 10 sites per day for 10-20$, the only thing is that people who know how to find them and filter non spammy ones etc, don't even look at them

sure, but then you have to setup hosting etc etc.
Even if you get links for $1 imagine the sort of shitty sites that will also be linked out from that domain! the owner will sell links to anyone and it will devalue the site completely.
