Followed up with you privately, but I'll post here for full disclosure. We had an incident a few days back with our server providers and it has since been resolved.

Have experienced problems with this software. Took the time to create a screen capture video demonstrating the issues.

Initial experience of this product and the vendor was (nearly) good.
The software was not functioning as expected. My first email received a swift response.
Further emails have received no reply - despite me taking the time and effort do screen capture and video the issues.
So far I have paid $54 for a tool that does not work.
I have requested refund and no reply
Really thought this was going to be a genuine product. It lookes so good and, even with initial issues, the vendor appeared genuine and quick to respond.
Disappointed so far and will be filing a Paypal dispute if no response
