Started this new channel with my friends , nursery rhymes and education stuff.

She perform the songs and i edit the video .

I wish you best of luck but when i saw your channel and videos, the editing and back ground graphics were great, but the star performer who was performing the rhymes i wasnt impressed by her at all, infact every thing she was doing was making it look very bad infact, you should either find some one else who is a real native english speaker and can sing with enthusiasm cause she cant neither sing, her english pronouncing isnt clear, she cant sing the rhymes in enthusiastic way also she doesnt even look at the camera with eye contact and is camera shy, sorry for being critical may be you do get successful but for a lurking mushroom like my self i dont see that happening

My opinion on this is that the idea is great, considering the amount of children on YouTube now a days, the quality of your videos is pretty good, it`s decent anyway, BUT,

1. invest in a microphone, a low gen condenser should do just fine for this type of videos.
2. improve your green screen, either light it better or get another green screen, if your camera has the option, change the shutter speed so the movement does not get so blurry.
3. the girl is not the way to go, either MAKE her better somehow OR get another performer. her singing is not the best, she looks shy, she is not looking in the camera.

so far the earning and view is 150k , earning around USD130 with adsense .
Scouting for new performer , as she kind of quit already .
Will do some update after get new performer/singer.

Pefrct niche to try and market "virally".

Viral videos are almost always going to stick around for some time, especially when they include children within the target demographic. That's why you see Pampers/Huggies commercial with all of that "cheesy/touchy" music; its supposed to be inspirational and appeal to those who have children.

I'd say try and improve upon your Videographer skills-set if that's something that isn't there. Knowing how to shoot/edit videos in a professional manner will take you far.

the facebook have been converted into page with over 5.5k likes and the post for the vids getting alots of interaction and comment . seems like facebook have take off .
already get new songs performer , now she still kind of camera shy , encouraging her with pratice with her alots and soon will continue to publish more vids .
adsense stats : USD$256.25

Really nice idea, had this same idea before but I'm not skilled in videoediting. Looks like you still have the same performer (new performer for new videos only?) because the one you just uploaded is still awfull. Sorry to say that, but she really is... Gonna get someone with editingskills and my GF to do this. Also have cute kids that could perform every once in a while if they have fun doing so

update on this : facebook page have been updated to 15k likes but not aggressively posting the video there as don't want to spoil the pages with over posting of the same content .
adsense : USD$305 , CPM very bad and ads impression very bad
