How Important Is PVA On Twitter Accounts?

So everyone who has dabbled in Facebook knows that it's basically a given that you need the accounts you are 'spamming' with to be PVA. You're almost wasting your time creating Facebook accounts with no phone verification or buying them not phone verified.

So that's facebook, what about Twitter?

Twitter is a lot less strict in almost every aspect. You're allowed 1000 actions per day minimum - favs, RT's, follows, unfollows, etc. That's a lot and allows you to accomplish a lot day in and day out.

But let's say I want to buy Twitter accounts without PVA, am I shooting myself in the foot? I've got multiple accounts with no phone verification, but I just wanted to see if anyone else has any experience with this. Do I really need to buy PVA Twitters?

TL;DR: Can I get away with spamming on Twitter on accounts with no phone verification? Or is Twitter strict like Facebook in that regard?

Age and activity is what matters the most in my opinion , as about phone verification that is only an extra security layer ,
go for accounts that are aged and well-established , in that way you will have less problems regarding that

Well, I need twitter PVA accounts only to access API. Without phone verifications this would be impossible.

Okay so let's say I purchase 100 Twitter accounts, no phone verification. I spend 7 days building them up with tweets, followings, followers, favs etc. Not just spam links, real tweets scraped using followliker. Then slowly start spamming with the idea I have in mind which follows Twitter's TOS to avoid any bans. Am I in the clear? I will also fill each account with real bios, avatars, headers, etc.

Twitter will eventually ask you to phone verify account if they suspect you to be involved in illicit activities. So it'd be better if you go with pvas at first itself.

Aged accounts are fine, I have 50+ that are several years old and they never get checked out. But I have had LOADS of new unverified accounts destroyed by the smallest of over use.

Don't be cheap, just pay the dollar each PVA accounts costs. It's worth it.

I just can't justify paying a dollar each for PVA when I can pay 10 cents. I think it's worth the risk. I've been in the Twitter game long enough to know the boundaries.

I plan on using 19 proxies across 50 accounts. I feel that's enough. And at 10 cents a Twitter I feel it really is worth a shot. I may even spend up to 10 days legitimizing the accounts.

Google Voice works still for Twitter as far as i know so its basically free to verify all your twitter accounts.. better safe than sorry

I've had a "warez" twitter account for a few months tweeting posts from one of my sites and I haven't needed phone verification.

Yeah that's where my question came from. I've a twitter account spamming follows, unfollows day in and day out and no problems. No phone verification. I think it's a matter of ageing the accounts a bit. It's kinda like SEO where Twitter is looking for relevant, useful Tweets that people can read with ease. The older and more content your account has the less chance of tripping their algo geared towards finding spam accounts.

I plan using 1 proxy per 3 accounts maximum. Ideal is 1 proxy 2 accounts, but I'd like to seem some ROI before investing. If the plan I have works,I will have no problem investing more.

To me it's about dipping your toe in the water and deciding in real time if it's worth the dive.
