Social signs is counted for a page or the entire domain? Let's say this:

If I want to rank for example.com and I am getting a lot of social signals on my post "example.com/mypost/". I will still be able to rank for example.com?

Send the social signals to the page you want to boost. Its just like building links.

Meh, I want to rank my homepage, but she isn't relevant. The home page just point to the posts...

while checking on seoquake add on, it shows the same count for all my website webpages. so, social signals calculated for whole domain. think so.

Relevancy does not "always" matter. But you need to have your on site SEO PERFECT for your homepage if you are trying to rank it. Your keyword(s) need to be in your title, description, h1,h2 &h3 tags, and inside your meta keywords. With that, send social signals to your homepage.

how to do this ?

For example have people tweet & share your homepage link

We have plenty of social signals providers here on bhw.
You may contact me if you want, or check the marketplace

Backlink social signal that you do, just in posting your url.

If you want to overwrite your domain.
Navigate to your main domain.
If you want the posting, point the url of your post.

Some useful profile backlinks for your site

how to do this ?

Post something on Twitter/Facebook with the link to your website in it. Then use something like addmefast to boost the retweets, likes, favorites, and shares. Or buy a service that does it for you.

You should only focus on sending traffic to your homepage. Sending traffic to sub-domains can only partially boost traffic to the key pages.
