I bought many bing ads VCCs, but until now all of them don't work with bing because bing doesn't accept a prepaid card. They just accept "credit card". That's really a trouble.

Yes, you are right. Bing does not accept any kind of prepaid cards. Bing is only working with Debit/ Credit cards. Whatever it is (Virtual/ Real cards). Even bing has already blocked many sources of Virtual BIN's (Bank Identification Numbers). Still now, there are thousands of banks that works with Bing! Remember, if Bing bans all the bins, then how will they take payment...lol

Yeah! Just find out various Bins. Hope you will find out some good. I have some private Bins that works with Bing amazingly. I know many online marketers are really worried with Bing ads. But I will come with my Bing ads service on BHW soon. I have been contacting with BHW marketplace moderator. Hope this time, I will be able to help you Bing ads advertiser guys.
