What do you guys think about buying followers to boost the credibility of your account?

I'm thinking about buying 25k to take me up to 50k followers.

Do you think it will help encourage people to follow me back when I use FL?

No. That's a really bad idea because engagement will suck if you suddenly double your follower numbers and likes/comments stay the same. It might discourage people actually. Plus it's just not worth it spending money on something fake. You can get 25K followers the legit way using FL relatively easy. It's just a matter of time. I've gotten a few accounts to 25K followers in a few months.

I partially agree with you, however the engagement will decrease if you are not being smart.

If you buy 25k followers you also have to buy likes to the pictures you already have + the upcoming one's.

In that case, it boosts the credibility of your accont massively and you can expect a great followback ratio!

Just plan it out first and then go for it!

Don't do it. When users check your photo's likes to your follower's counts, it's no brainer what they will think. Also, if you are going to bot, the followers you get will mostly be inactive/botter accs.

Buying followers can increase your credibility but social networks especially Instagram, its all about engagement (how many people are liking your pictures etc)

IIRC buying followers technically doesn't violate ToS? Hence why big businesses, celebs and even smaller businesses get away with it. There are a few legit looking sites that offer real followers for extra cost. I have been testing the waters by sending them emails and gauging the quality of their response. Also, it seems tedious & obvious, but the websites that have typos, formatting errors etc. are generally a waste of time.

I liked to know what my real statistics are in relation to followers and engagement plus comparing them to related accounts to see how well I'm doing so I wouldn't do it if I were you.
