Constructive criticism - i'd suggest getting a good logo. A logo is a some what first impression and it needs to be of high quality.

nice, but the professionalism is missing,No one would put that on his website. I would recommend you to download some free PSD's and edit them, that would be much better.

I love the logo, drop shadows are a very modern touch to graphics. You can't go wrong with aqua, name me one person that doesn't like aqua. I also love it how the image and the text look like they could be from completely different logos.

P.s. I hate it.

I personally prefer black colour in a forum logo - especially if it is blackhat related.

It's terrible. You couldn't pay me to use that logo. Don't know if you designed it or paid someone to design it for you, but if that's the case, ask for a refund.

its bad. do one thing .download laughingbird logo creator from the download section of this website, or search for summitsoft logo designer by chinglui on thepiratebay. using those softwares you can create favulous logos in just few minutes, even without any knowledge of graphic design
