Need a committed YouTube views seller for 6-12 months project

Hi guys.

I am interested in a long partner deal. I have a new youtube channel and want to upload 3-4 videos per week and need views for every video while I build up my subscribers.

700-800 quality views would be great per video. This is for the next 6-12 months so I will be in it for a long run.
I'm not interested in 5 dollar deal per video, too expensive, can you offer me something cheaper and better, say $1-2 per video (700-900 views) and I will commit with you for the next 6-12 months.
From 3 videos per week you will always make $3-6.

Do you realize buying views will end up hurting the channel in the long run? Once the Youtube algo runs over the videos in the long run and sees massive spikes in views then nothing again it's start to push your videos down the ranks and it slowly kills the channel. Plenty of videos on youtube about it, I seen one guy with 600k subs and his channel died because he boosted views then over time Youtube started to not recommend his videos or show them anywhere.

It seems to do OK for the music industry videos. They buy millions of views all the time and profit from the exposure.

But you are saying that buying youtube views is counter productive for the long haul? So just do the hard work and wait?

Anyone else with any relevant advice?
