Urgent Question About Adsense Ad placement

Hey guys I was wondering if u guys can take a look at how my website display on smaller screens and tell me if It adheres to Adsense policies. The CTR is only about 2%, So if these were encouraging clicks it would be much higher wouldn't it ?

Looks a bit spammy to me. This would have worked a few years ago, but people are now familiar with Adsense and won't see this positively IMO.

Like barto said, too spammy. I would leave upon seeing the ad placement, and assume the place is low quality.

The ad placement is fine with people, It's not a problem to me. I'm just asking about Adsense policies, do u have any idea about that ?

I think that anything that a publisher does to 'encourage clicks' is probably a violation of Adsense tos. I would focus on build a quality content site, clicks would then come naturally
