Can someone fully explain addmefast?

Hey sorry for the post but I'm a bit new to some of this stuff. I know what Imacros is and from what I read addmefast is for getting points but just what are those points for? I don't understand the service and even on the site I'm not completely sure. Is it like a giant follow for follow bot going on?

addmefast is a website where you get points to like someone's picture; watching any youtube video, following someone on facebook, following someone on twitter,etc.
Now, you can redeem those points to get likes on your pics, views on your video, followers on FB, etc.

You have points and you add your for ex. Instagram photo, and you put for ex. 5 points for like.

Now everytime when someone go from Addmefast on your photo and like it they will take 5 points from your points number.
