I highly doubt OP is going to be able to build a good PBN. So buying links on the BHW marketplace is his best bet.

My advice, for a money site avoid the $1-$3 per link PBNs (those are great for T2 links though) and stick to the $5-$12 per link networks. Make sure they use manually written articles, and don't allow foreign websites. Ask for samples.

Please let me break down the math AGAIN for you.

You can buy 10 links for $100 (which you have no control of) or buy 10 domains for $100 and can place up to 10 links on each domain. So thats a potential 100 links.

100 links vs 10 links at the same cost HMMMMMMMMMM

Also you only need to use the software for 1 month and I 100% guarantee you will find over 100 20+ TF domains in that 1 month.

I have a excel sheet of over 60 PBN quality domains with 20+ TF 20+ DA and mostly 25-30 PA and all have been manually checked.

I got all of that in one month running the software everyday at night and guess what I did?

I typed in 3 different keywords every night and pressed start. THATS IT.

So you go ahead and buy more PBN links or even purchase domains for $20+ and then still have to register them.

My pockets are sitting pretty

I have to agree with asap1. And the guy in the video would agree as well! (About 30 seconds in he mentions how he "automates it fully"). Plus, I think that video is from 2012? Finding PBN's was less saturated then. Xenu hasn't been updated since then - is buggy as hell and is a surefire way to end up pulling your hair out.

You don't have to keep the automated tools for life. Just find what you need and cancel. If you value your time, it's worth the expense.

Yes im am promoting the software and you wanna know why? Because its fuking GREAT! Its as simple as that.
