VPS or Dedicated Server for managing multiple accounts

Hey everyone,

I have been scaling my instagram and twitter operations lately using FL on an older PC and have experienced 3 complete crash/loss of data issues in the last 2 weeks.

Needless to say I am now looking for an alternative and understand my options are basically a new PC, a VPS or a dedicated server. This Is where I would like some advice.

I am looking to run 100 twitter accounts and 100 instagram accounts on FL simultaneously for a majority of the day/night.

What kind of specs should I look for when deciding on a VPS or dedicated server? I understand that a dedicated server is more efficient but will a VPS also allow me to do this without any issues? I'm not really looking to spend money on a new PC yet... but if anyone could also recommend what I would be looking for in terms of specs on that as well for a benchmark I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm not going to ask which service I should go with when I decide on a VPS or dedicated server because I know the marketplace has plenty of options, just a general breakdown of what will support my operations without any issues!

buy a vps with 2GB RAM is enough. You can use vps from host-stage or hostamus. They are very good.

Don't listen Huy phan - 2GB VPS was good in 2008...

If you want to work stable and normally and to take it serious you need to stop playing with 2GB vps servers for 5$/month..

I have been using Shapehost since the beginning of the year, and I am just posting
to say I have no real complaints. I am using the Rectangle plan and it has provided what I need it to do. Although I admit , Im not asking it too do much, at least in my opinion.
