shows 2626 views buy the video in question has only 2326 Views and keep losing views

2.what type of views i got beter ration or just russian and that type of views

Answering your questions:
1. 2 to 5% will get down, but we give extra views to compensate that.
2. HQ views will have better countries, other views are usually Russian, Ukraine, etc
3. SMR views speed will be 25k+ views per day. HQ speed will be low, but they are real views.
