Really pathetic service and attitude by Natasha Nixon, After being a long term customer she turns on me and treated me like shit, just because she cannot admit she is wrong, disgusting service and attitude.
I made an order for 4 articles, even sent them the articles I needed rewritten, with detailed instructions to copy the same style of writing, (using natasha's own words), I still don't understand what is so hard about rewriting an article just to pass copyscape? that's all I asked them to do. Then she claims she sent me an email asking me a question and they would not begin work or give me a TAT until I replied, which mind you, she never did send. I don't have time to come here everyday check replies on BHW , I am actually busy myself working doing other things, hence why I use her services. She is a complete liar and an unprofessional business person, as she never sent me an email, then she actually tells me to look in my inbox, WTF? After I already told her I checked everywhere, including my SPAM folder. What a rude person she is, who tells someone to look in their inbox? that is the rudest most condescending reply you could say to someone, let alone to a paying customer. Then instead of apologizing and making it up to me, she calls me rude and refused to take my order, after wasting 6 days of my time.
This is how she treats long term customers? be careful of her and her disgustingly condescending attitude. She will never admit she's wrong when she clearly is in the wrong here, she is in total denial.
