You wrote gray hat method. Social bookmarking submission and web 2.0 is not the best approach for getting ranked on SERPs. I believe only high authority backlinks & link earning. PBN and Directory is the best approach for getting rank. I am using third party tools for building manual backlinks. I wrote link earning methods. Check those links.
