i saw some sites put creative commons on their recipes, can i copy the recipes and put the article on my site which i will monetize with adsense. ?

It's safe for my adsense account ?

Some people on forum says that recipe not copyrighted and anybody can use them, but uniqueness of the content is 0%

I think it's not safe, it's not good for ranks, you should re-write in your unique way articles or buy some unique HQ articles.

Yes it is but you have to rewrite them so they are not duplicate content!!
