I have not tested this service on penalized sites as of yet. If you have not had a re inclusion confirmation I would pursue that first.
Results that were booked with H3adrush were all on sites that were having no issues. I can provide extensive consultations and advice but this is not the place.

I gave everyone who asked for it the link to the thread so I have been 100% transparent.
That said i feel i need to elaborate here.

The ONLY seo up to the point where he reached 8k a month was:

Breaking it down:

• My h3adrush campaign
• An infographic - this does not count as off page seo
• 20 pbn random posts - meh?
• one wikipedia link - ok good but not gonna boost you to 8k hmmk?
• citations - as you can read these were done incorrectly by the provider mentioned and had to be partly pulled down - zrsly?

There is one other service mentioned but this did NOT potentially start until weeks after he already got the results AND the screenshot which I posted and no further info has ever been given on that or if it even started at all until now.

In a nutshell, ONE SINGLE wikipedia link, some wrongly done citations and some random posts is NOT gonna bump your site to 8k a month, got my drift sires?

In other words, you do the math
