Your Flickr Posts mode doesn't work, cannot scrape anything at all on all keywords, bring me only 'Flickrs comes with no result' message.

I've checked and it's working fine, are you sure you set the flickr api key in the settings?

Just FYI, if you are considering this, it's AMAZING software. Features, improvements and fixes are added constantly, the developers are very responsive and it works like a dream. I would not consider running my social media without it at this point. Just a very happy customer.

Would anyone like to share their twitter favorite settings (ie. wait between X minutes before new operation)? I am wanting to make sure I don't have my page flagged!

The build in settings should work quite well for most accounts, if you are accouts are just created you might want to dial it down just a little, other than that you should be ok.

Hey, since yesterday massplanner doesn't find any groups on some of my accounts, what's the problem?

Thanks, we are aware of the problem, the thing with Fb is that they don't update their interface for all users at the same time, sometimes it takes weeks for a change to propagate to all users, so it's hard to catch changes fast. We knew about this one though, it was something that Fb changed and we're just updated Mass Planner so it works for all accounts now, just restart it on your computer so it updates to the latest version.

there's no need to get both of those as they are both the same software just with different modules activated. You can get the $9.95 monthly license and the unlimited module and instagram posted module for a one time fee, or get the $16.95 monthly license which includes the unlimited module and instagram poster.

Just a quick suggestion:
It would be great if there was an option to strip the link from Facebook posts so that it only shows the preview (without the link showing in the post test itself).
Apart from that, great piece of software!

if you only get the instagram module that's $35 one time payment, we have discounts though if you get additional extra modules that go up to 50% discount for 9 modules.

It works as it works in your browser so if you enter chinese keywords it should find chinese groups, yes, if there's any problem with the language though let us know and we'll look into it.

What about interaction with followers, within groups etc? If someone likes, asks a question etc.. are we about to get a notification and reply through the software?

Or is it just for posting?

the software is for scheduling posts on pages,groups,communities,walls and also for growing your accounts automatically, getting new followers and likes. We don't have anything at the moment to interact with followers, you'll have to do that from a browser.

the instagram poster is an extra module, if you did not get the extra module it will not post on instagram, let me know if you did get it though and you're having problems.

The sales page here is almost a year old and we're not allowed to edit it, nevertheless those modules are still free, multi-account means that instead of 1 account for each platform you have 2, there are other extra modules if you want more for +8, +15 or unlimited, as for the share, joiner/unjoiner and feeds they are free as well.
