Looking for someone to help fix SSL issues on a site

The task is fairly simple for someone who can do it. On a site, a SSL certificate is installed but it's not displaying the green padlock and instead saying that "page includes other resources which are not secure" so I'm guessing some resources are being loaded as http instead of https. But there could be other issues too. I need someone who can identify all these issues and fix them so the the green padlock with the site URL can be displayed on the entire website.

If you think you can do something like this, post here or PM me with your charges.
 
When you check the SSL informations in chrome, then you will see what is the problem. If you give me the URL, then i can check it and point you to the right direction.
 
It seems some of your content doesnt use https (javascript, image etc). Try installing Wordpress Https plugin. It will force all your content resource to https.

The site is not WP.
It is vBulletin and PHP. (two different sites on sub domains).
