twitter--- "Internal Server Error"

Hi, BHW members.

My twitter account was suspended, but when I click "unlock my account," enter my phone number, and it said "Internal Server Error" as below.



PS: I tried many phones and they had same result.

Anyone had the same problem?

Did you never verified your phone number earlier?

It could happen if you verified your other accounts with the same number. What works good for me is cleaning cookies. Or try to unlock on another comp

I had cleaned cookies and unlock on another comp, but it's the same result.

well, those tips are for to fix a general internal server error by reloading the page and/or clearing the cookies/browser cache, it's not specifically for twitter, if you did those and nothing helped, i guess you need to contact twitter
