It's a genuine account, selling genuine goods from a genuine business address. Its a LTD company, even VAT registered.

All account details were genuine, no PO boxes, no false info.

have you tried to call ebay? so they see that you're serious about your business and it would be easier to explain them the situation, if you already tried it, but it didn't work, try again, you'll get another operator who maybe can help or ask for a supervisor right away and try to talk sense into him/her

Last summer I could of made lots of dough in drop shipping, I had a legit electronics connection. Could've made $40 -$50 on each sale, had an AMAZING account from 200(3?) Went in too fast, got my account locked basically. There are these horror stories all over the web, just move on. Trust me, it's not worth your time or effort in trying to reason with them.

They'll lie to your face and say yeah we'll restore it. They'll just tell you what you want to hear.

This is not the issue, the debt is not to my name and ebay recognise this. It's more retarded than that.

The debt is attached to someone who ebay have linked to me personally because we both rent a locker in the same business park.

The debt's not mine, I am not the only person they have banned.

It's a silly situation and ebay will not budge until the debt is paid. They suggested that I paid the debt today to 'make it go away'

Yeah but I guarantee that the debtors address has become linked to your credit reference file, that is where Ebay & PP get their information. You need to clear up the errors in your file, so that they understand. Person A at X address is not responsible for the debts of Person B at X address (usually).

We are always hesitant about accepting large payments like that in PayPal. For any reason buyer can dispute as you stated and get their money back and keep the item.

Not sure if it is true or not, but we have read an instance where PayPal can take money from your bank, card or balance to cover funds from another account who is in the negative if they link the two together.

EBay have one of the worse customer support I have come across. It like talking to a brick wall with them. I got banned for something that was not my fault too. I had to set up stealth accounts to start selling again, sadly this is not an option for you.
