My FollowLiker setting needs help/fix

So here are my settings, I have no idea why is it not unfollowing people, my account have 1:1* ratio and my settings is not set to that *(means same followers as following)

FOLLOW USER SETTINGS:
Follower to Following Ratio : 0.00
Follow Limit : 14 - 19
Daily Follow Limit : 350 - 500
Delay Follow : 29 - 43 s

Checked Follow users who posted; ignore private users

UNFOLLOW USER SETTINGS:
Follower to Following Ratio : 0.00
Unfollow After : 0 Days
Unfollow Limit : 13 - 21
Daily Unfollow Limit : 550 - 650
Delay Unfollow : 25 - 30 s

Checked Blacklist unfollowed users

What am I doing wrong here? What do I need to improve/change? I've searched for hours to find a fix but no hope. I currently have about 6.5k followers on a 2 year old account.

My ideal ratio is like 100 followers, only following 10

Following about 100 more than unfollowing, I just reduced the amount of follow, and increased the amount of unfollow, let see how it goes.

So far gaining about 100 followers a day

What does it say it say in the activity log when you go to unfollow? Is there an error or does it say there are no more to unfollow or what?

It doesn't show any error, but the numbers are not matching to settings; new update for FL, not sure if it'll fix or not, going to update later.
