Real Whitehat seo service?

Hello, how can i differentiate whether the service is a high quality seo service/blackhat / whitehat?

So i search for while and basically
blackhat seo method will be
Metatag, cloaking, text hiding, duplicate content, link farms, social networking spams and so.

Because i ordered around 4 mns from BHW. And been told that seo is a really good tool to rank site up, and i agree with it.

1)I don't really have much money to spent on SEO, how do we identify the SEO service as BH/WH/GH?

2)I Seen service like Pyramid Link Service. And most of it have price range lay within $50 and ++.
But there, also have Pyramid linking service, but just for $5. Gurantee High PR, FRee RSS, PING. and so and so. How to indentify that the backlink is High PR?

3)if i have a low budget, if there's whitehat seo which is below $10, or blackhat, as long as it won't hurt my website ranking in long time.
What would you guys suggest? Can anyone suggest me any service?

Alright thanks no, im not concluding, i am asking. Because i already bought a few MNS, and the guy suggested me to do some SEO after some time. What i know, long time seo > Fast duration seo, is it? that's why i need some opinion, what's the best seo service you guys might recommend? Thanks

I recon it would be best to do it by yourself, what is white hat btw? quality content, niche related links, links from diversified platform/sources, some citations, press release and for that you have to spend money my friend.

If you want white hat you need to be thinking brand / authority / content and budget.

I recommend spending as much as you can on TV slots to really bring up the brand term search volume.
