What Keyword Tool Should I Use?

Adwords is the ultimate as Google has the data that a lot of the other services are partially guessing at. But the amount if data you get is huge, and without knowing how to sort it you could spend a lot of time getting confused and frustrated.

This great tutorial shows how easy it is to grab data from Adwords then use a free SEMrush tool to reveal which will be the easiest keywords to SEO rank http://yourhelpfulelf.com/keyword-research-seo-made-easy/

May I know Which tool you have decided to use?

Google Adwords or the Keyword Planner? are they the same? i mean i only saw the tools as "keyword planner" and dont even see how to use google adwords to get keyword ideas, just the Keyword Planner itself, im confuse. LOL
Anyway, i need you suggestions on this...
Now i already imported some keywords on Keyword Planner then run the Monthly Searches, this is the data showing for selected keywords

and the keyword difficulty of those keywords as per moz tool data is below

now the last thing i did, manual search those keyword on google and i saw that most of them who are ranked at top 10, mostly have tons of backlinks, as i am trying to promote health niche and the top competitors are from medical websites. Do i need to stop continuing to use that keywords/ niche and look for another ones?

1. Your brain (the most important "tool" you will ever need) - free
2. GKT (Google Keyword Tool) - free
3. Ahrefs/Majestic/Moz for competition research - start with Moz for free (using 4 months trial coupons) and once you make money move to the other 2.

I would like to suggest you to go for Google keyword planner it's easy to use and free of cost..
