Multiple shared hosting accounts in many different companies. Mix in some dedicated IP-s in the list and for those websites residing in shared IP-s, check the neighbors if they are clean and non-PBN of course.

Reasons: it is less costly than going after SEO hosting with multiple C-class IP-s and most importantly A LOT safer. It's natural for the majority of real websites in the Internet to reside in shared hosting, so you will have no footprints here.

do not use ixwebhosting....do as others suggest many shared hosts.

The answer is very complex. do not put all of your eggs into one basket or one hosting company. Whatever you choose keep in mind that all of that should have been mixed like shared hosting account from big players, small players, vps accounts, linux, windows, dedicated server, multiple location datacentars etc etc. the list is so long becasue we are trying to convince google that sites in pbn are not owned by one person but are part of different people or companies that are giving links to our money sites just to rank higher in serp. so make good plan and diversify even more than i wrote it down. No names of companies but mix from a lot of mixes is the answer that gives results.

Theres plenty of cheap $5/yr hosts. Look on lowendtalk.com and webhostingtalk.com
Make sure you setup updraft plus and create an automated backup once a month incase the hosting goes down.
also use cloudflare to add a few more domains to shared host without revealing IP

Do not use any SEO hosting like ixwebhosting that offers more unique IPs, as Google knows about these web hosts being used for hosting PBNs. Rather use more cheap shared hosting companies and you can also use Cloudflare for a part of your PBN domains to hide the DNS of your domains. This way all the domains on which you'll use Cloudflare can be hosted on the same hosting account. Why not use a vps? There's plenty of places offering a vps+ip for at, or under 5 dollars/mo.
