Is it advisable to just outsource your Twitter marketing instead of building your own account? Kind of like buying solo ads for email marketing? What would be the Pros vs. Cons for this?

This would depend on what exactly the twitter account on the niche you're targeting.
If it requires you to build and create real connection with your followers, it's not something outsourcing will achieve. You would have to build and maintain that yourself.

If it's just a matter of following and unfollowing thousands, posting tweets with trending hashtags etc. I'd say you can outsource the hell out of it, and spend your time elsewhere.

The Twitter audience is smarter now. I know someone with 1.1M followers. All REAL. Never used software. He got 100X more engagement back when he had 200K several years ago.

New social becomes popular and pulls attention away. For example, Instagram is the "it" social network. Soon there will be something new and Instagram engagement will fall.

Sorry, but the days of building Twitter profiles with software are long gone. It's becoming to the point that even automated Tweets are turning people off.

If you REALLY study the shit out of Twitter data you will see that users that post on the fly and don't blast out robotic automated bullshit will have the highest engagement.

What about just paying someone to tweet your affiliate or cpa offers to their followers? I've seen some sellers on fiverr offering this. But there's alot of garbage on fiverr these days..

You mean sponsored tweets? I would look for other ways to promote...and DEF not Fiverr...they will send your tweet to their bullshit fake followers that were all built using software and exchanges. 100% useless. Might as well light a pile of money on fore instead.

Yeah I hear you on that. Fiverr has become saturated with BS. I keep reading threads saying Twitter is a difficult platform to market unless you have a super engaging audience. So, what social media platform is best to monetize other than Facebook? I hate Facebook..

In general, twitter audience don't engage in your content very much. As far as I know, all ways of outsourcing twitter stuff would get no engagement at all.

If you can find a affordable and reliable agency / person to do it for you, there are no cons.
