if visitors don't convert ppl will be switched to revshare with any network. Revshare is actually a good thing longterm and if you drive large volumes, but will discourage most noobies who are happy about their couple of bucks from ppl

How can i monetize it?

give it time. ive stopped because my kids are on summer break but the views starting flooding then stopped.. made a few bucks off little work
 
Any suggestions for other networks similar to "Crackrevenue", because they didn't approve my request. Something simpler to get approval?

I have around 50 videos online, where 2 of them got really good views (one has 20k one has 30k) they were featured on the front page. It works, but I can't automate this process and when you have family at home it's kinda hard to upload 10 videos daily.
This method works, I did the cam niche but what if you try another niche? This cam niche is very saturated.
So in 6 days i made 8$, It's not worth it IMO. But hey give it a try! I did and this is the first online money I have ever earned :D
