Since I started working I've been using private IP's and Proxies with little to no issues for a small fee, Yesterday I was approached by a fellow BHW member asking me if using VPN generators (Tunnelbear, Hotspot shield and others) would provide the same results and remain risk free? And frankly I didn't know what to respond to that so here I am asking you guys, Would using those services provide the same benefits without risks or would it cause further issues to whoever is using them? Thank you for your time and I look forward to knowing what you guys think.

VPNs are generally more anonymous and stable and fast as well. But it all depends on what you want to use them for. For example, if you use SEO software you can paste a list of proxies but you can't paste a "list of VPNs".

I suppose he intended it on using it to log into stealth paypal accounts, I suppose that would work no? Thank you for your reply it certainly is helpful

It is extremely risky to use shared VPNs to log into stealth accounts like PayPal, you'd probably be banned/suspended. A dedicated VPN (which means that only you use the IP address assigned to it and no one else) is safe, though.

(Tunnelbear, Hotspot shield and others)

Don't use Hotspot shield, it has a backdoor. And Tunnelbear allows only 500MB monthly for free as far as I know. The best free one is CyberGhost in my opinion.
