A couple days back I was talking with a potential customer and he offered to pay VIA Google Wallet, I had seen Google Wallet before but assumed it was (like many other google features) completely obsolete, But now I'm getting more and more questions if I accept payment VIA Google Wallet, Has anyone here dealt with Google Wallet before? Should I consider using it as an accepted payment method or is it utterly useless? Let me know what you think.

It's a pain to use as it was pre-Square. It's main purpose was to accept credit/debit card transactions.

Try a more wildly used payment processor as it is a pain to utilize as it has limited functionality.

Paypal and 2Checkout are your best options. PayPal has some scammers left, but 2Checkout is hard to lose money with as long as you provide just servicing at market rates.

I am using payoneer, good thing is you can make deposit of 1000$ and can withdraw in an hour after receiving and this feature is not that good with any payment processor.

As far as I know, Google Wallet has nothing to do with crypto currencies. As far as its legitimacy, it's Google after all, so you don't get more legit than that.

Don't bother with them. If you have SunTrust. Send him an invoice using popmoney or Chase using quickpay. As long as he has an email and credit card. You are golden and he's protected as well

I haven't come across many people that use it to be honest. I've only ever had one customer in the last few years ask if they could pay via Google Wallet and that was a year or two ago. I doubt it'd be worth it for me, but I guess if you've had customers ask for it then maybe you should consider it.

PayPal, money orders, and BTC.

Google is annoying with all those special projects they use to test markets with..

Google Wallet for CryptoCurrency is really a new term for me. If your client is not from U.S then why don't you try payoneer, ?

just try and avoid that if you dont have a good understanding of how it functions. It is not a smooth process and can some times be very frustrating to complete the transactions. use like paypal which is well known and well established. thanks
