JV for authority adsense site(s).

I had a local partner for this project but he doesn't have time to work on this anymore. The first site is up, looks great..just needs constant flow on unique, well written content (videos, pictures, etc..)

Adsense plugins already on site, can add affiliate sales later.
Basically looking for somebody who has experience with wordpress blogs, writing 100% unique articles, creating vids, SEO..you know everything to do with creating an authority adsense site.
This is not a spot for noobs looking to be taught nor somebody who starts out working hard then takes 3 weeks off to play black ops.
Playing black ops is fine, I'm just looking for somebody who is driven and disciplined. When this site is ranked high and doing well, we just do it again with the next keyword.
Not a massive amount of hours needed per week..some some time spent each day.

I had no other option of getting in touch with the OP. He's the one who PM'ed me regarding a potential JV, and now his PM inbox is full. This is the newest thread he's started on BHW, albeit being 3 years old, hence the post. I didn't expect other people to jump in. BTW, OP hasn't gotten in touch yet.
