High-Quality US Traffic

I have few websites, some of the work purely on organic traffic, but I also buy traffic for the others.
I was working with BlueLink and AdOn Network and was pretty happy with them until recently.
Their prices went up like 3 times, and looks like quality not that good anymore.

About 6 months ago I was able to get 17k visits for $25 and right now I have to pay $50-$70 per same amount of visits.

I started doing my research and I found bunch of companies out there that ready to sell traffic, but most of them look suspicious and their prices vary, so I decided to ask here someone who has experience.

I was looking at MGID and they offered 20k for $1,600 = they claim it's real traffic, but I feel i'd be buying same bots for higher price.

VulkanPartners - $60 per 20k, they claim it's going to be 100% human traffic, but thats pretty cheap; but, for this site I don't mind getting bots if they still convert.

Jema Media - $80 per 20k, (IAS - 0,004 cpc). I read that they sell bots.

eZanga - no idea about them, but I also heard good and bad.

What networks do you work with?
What is your average bid/price?
Do you have experience with this networks hurting you as advertisers? (maybe some networks stopped working with you due to fraudulent traffic etc?). We're not discussing adsense.

Not really, you open a normal account and deposit whatever amount you want to test.

MGID is LOW quality traffic... cheap, but low quality... you need a really broad appeal offer to make it work.

I'm looking for someone to do traffic (seo + paid) for my stuff. I'm awesome with creating offers funnels but need someone who's awesome with traffic. If anyone's reading this, PM me please... I'm dead serious.
