IFTTT and spintax

Hello,

simple question: do you know if you can use IFTTT and spintax comments?

I ask, because:
- I'm sure I saw somewhere you can use spintax sentences with IFTTT
- I tried with one my IFTTT account and nothing happened.

So, I would like to know if someone does it.

It's a relatively old thread, but no really useful answers so far, so

As far as i'm concerned IFTTT doesn't support spintax natively. If you want to use spintax with it, i just came up with two different methods:

1) Use a tool like SpinnerChief to generate all the possible results of your spintax comment, put them into a .csv (one comment per line), record a macro with iMacros while you're making the IFTTT recipe and specify the .csv as datasource to input the comments.
Play the macro in loop. Loop count = the number of unique comments/lines in your .csv file
2) Find an online spinner, spin your comment with it, record the spinning process with iMacros, extract the result, then use this extracted result when making the IFTTT recipe, which you also recorded with iMacros.
If i'm not mistaken there are no limit on the amount of recipes you can have under one IFTTT account.

Maybe the first option is better, because all the results will be unique, whereas with the online spinner, it can be, that the comments will repeat themselves after some time.

Anyways, I've been using IFTTT for a year and it really helps me a lot. You can get a lot of ideas just by looking at the channels. The only problem is spinning. I would definitely love to pay for the spin feature if it will be available.

Another method to use is to create a sub site, use wordpress as the publishing site. Set robot so that specific site is not indexed. Use various tools to published spinned articles on the site which you got not to be indexed. Now use your IFTTT account and create recipes which publish your content to weebly, wordpress etc via the RSS feed function.
