If you're creative in web design and enjoy what you do I want to hear from you!

I tried finding good designers from DP & SP and either they tried to take my money and run or simply were not talented enough.

Compensation: TBD

First Project; PG Realty Template Design

Second Project; Website w/ matching blog

Third Project; Business cards, flyers, t-shirts, pens, car-door magnets and door hangers

The above three (3) projects are for one (1) venture but I will be starting a total of four (4) streams within the next 2-3 months.

At first I was looking for single individuals but a team of developers/ designers for a bunch of large projects on hand would be ideal.
