hey order 40689 completed yesterday which is great and you delivered a few over what i ordered which is also great! but the fall rate is really high. Iv lost 40 just over one night which brings me 20 under what i ordered - At this rate im going to loose 400 in 10 days. If that happens i will have to ask for a refund. I hope that doesnt happen because I like your service.

We offer refills for 10 days after the order is made, falls can happen but we do not provide refunds, you can contact us within 10 days via support for a refill within 10 days of the order.
